1:1 Coaching
Unlike other coaching approaches, at the end of each session you will reach a result, an intuition, personal growth and define an action plan.
There is no precise number of sessions to reach the goal of the path. The duration of the journey depends on the value you create through the coaching experience.
Typically the programs are of 9-12 sessions
After the exploratory session, we will define a tailor-made coaching path to meet your specific needs.
All packages include the Energy Leadership Index™ and a debriefing session (90-120 minutes), followed
a series of
75 minute sessions every 7-14 days.
Workshop
The objective of these group meetings is to promote increased awareness and personal growth by exploring some themes related to the Core Energy™ Coaching method.
Participants are involved in practical exercises, discussions and simulations that encourage learning and applying coaching principles to identify their goal and make a change
