Executive, Leadership and Life Coach

I have a degree in Biology and over 25 years of experience in corporate covering managerial roles in large multinational pharmaceutical companies. I actively participated in processes of mindset and corporate culture changes, contributed to innovative and creative approaches by defining disruptive strategies in fast moving markets.

During my experience I learned to work under pressure and stress in a multicultural environment, building my self-esteem, developing my leadership.

Despite a career full of brilliant results, I no longer felt satisfied with my life. In 2020, during the pandemic, I started to feel a need for change and the need to create my own personal formula of success.

I thus began a inspiring  journey that allowed me to experience the Core Energy™  Coaching by learning the skills and competences at iPEC (Institute of professional excellence in coaching), the most prestigious American training school for professional coaches accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation).

At the end of the training course I obtained three professional certificates, began the profession of Coach and obtained the ACC credentials from the ICF.

My mission is to work particularly with leaders who, despite a brilliant career and significant results, still do not feel satisfied and are seeking alignment with their personal idea of fulfilment and success.
